Clean house - up & down stairs several times
Pre Breakfast:
Fresh carrot, apple, ginger juice
Breakfast:
Green smoothie
1 oatbran muffin
Lunch:
Veggie sandwich
2 slices sunflower wheat bread
Finely chopped celery, green onion, red pepper, soaked almonds
Chopped veggies mixed with almond dip
Topped with sliced cucumbers and alfalfa srouts
Pineapple spear
Snack:
1 orange
Mixed nuts
I ate my snack today while walking through IKEA. It was my first visit to the store, and although it is huge, I was not all that impressed. I got out of there for less than $15.00.
Dinner:
Homemade pizza
Flat bread
Tomato paste mixed with olive oil and Italian seasonings
Chopped green onions, mushrooms, red bell pepper, pineapple
Topped with mozzarella & cheddar cheese
Lettuce salad w/ store bought raspberry pecan dressing
I have run out of ranch, and my homemade strawberry vinaigrette
Dessert:
1 glass fresh squeezed orange juice
