Cellercised for 25 minutes. I have upped all my routines by 5. I sure was a sweatin' this morning.
Pre Breakfast:
Fresh Carrot/apple/ginger juice
The ginger adds a nice taste to this, just a little zing. Fresh ginger is supposed to be good for dizzyness, so I sure hope it helps mine.
Breakfast:
Peach, apple, spinach smoothie (tasted like peach pie)
1 oatbran muffin
Snack:
Mixed nuts
Orange
Lunch:
Taco salad
1/4 cup frozen blueberries (yum! yum!)
Dinner:
Pasta noodle bake (wheat curly pasta with homemade spaghetti sauce, onions, green peppers, mushrooms and cheese).
Steamed broccoli
