Cellercised for 20 minutes. I REALLY DID NOT want to exercise today, and it was HARD. I don't know why...maybe because I did not do much exercise on Saturday and none yesterday....maybe because I feel like I am getting sick all over again. But I did it and am always glad when I am done.
Pre breakfast:
1 cup orange juice
2 cups carrot/apple/ginger
Both were freshly squeezed on Saturday
Breakfast:
Green smoothie
Oatbran muffin
Snack:
1/2 orange
Mixed nuts
No Lunch:
My eyes felt so blurry all morning, and I was feeling tired, the I feel like I am getting sick kind of tired, so when I got home from work and running a few errands, I took a nap. I wasn't hungry due to the fact that I ate the snack later in the morning than I usually do.
Snack:
1/2 orange
1 apple
2 slices homemade toast
Dinner:
Wild rice
Sauteed zucchini w/green onions and red pepper
I felt much better after a 2 hour nap. I had enough energy to mow the lawn, dig up a flower bed (I am putting raspberries in there instead), prune the roses, put the flowers I dug up (there are about 8 boxes total of Iris's) out on the curb with a FREE IRIS'S sign, and made dinner.
