Cellercised for 20 minutes
Pre breakfast:
Lemon ginger blast w/ a bit of orange juice
Breakfast:
Green smoothie
Oatbran muffin
Snack:
1 orange
Mixed nuts
Lunch:
Lettuce salad
2 slices whole wheat bread
Snack:
1 clementine
Dinner:
Veggie burger
Steamed broccoli
Dessert:
Mango banana ice cream (made from frozen mangoes and bananas, soy milk, and agave in the VitaMix. Very Good!!!
Today was my first day as the "Yard manicurist". I have several sore muscles and will most likely sit in a nice tub of hot water tonight. Once I get over the sore muscles, it will be just fine. Who can complain when I get paid to be outdoors in the nice sunshine and listen to a book on my IPod for 4 hours.
Update: The long hot bath did wonders to my aching muscles. I highly recommend it!!!
