Day 210 - Wednesday, April 8

Cellercised for 20 minutes.

Pre breakfast:
Fresh Carrot/apple/ginger juice

Breakfast:
Green smoothie
1 oatbran muffin

Snack:
Orange
Mixed nuts

Lunch:
Veggie wrap
Flatout bread (found it at walmart)
Filling:
Blend in Vitamix
Soaked almonds
2 green onions
2 cloves garlic
1 celery stick
1/2 carrot
Salt & pepper
parsley flakes
Purified water
Spread filling on bread
top with finely chopped
mushrooms
carrots
broccoli
red onions
pecans
Top with alfalfa sprouts and spinach and roll

This creation came from my own little head. It needs a bit of tweaking, such as less broccoli, more filling (possibly mixed with the veggies similar to tuna or chicken salad). Fresh cucumbers would be really good on top also.
Fresh sliced strawberries and mangos topped my lunch off.



Dinner:
Fried brown rice with
green onions, one clove garlic and diced mushrooms
Baked acorn squash
Lettuce salad w/ sliced strawberries

Snack:
Blueberries and granola in yogurt

I am so tired tonight. I usually get that way after only 5.5 hours of sleep. We got home really late from Dennis' parents home.
