Day 213 - Saturday, April 11

Cellercised for 25 minutes.

Pre breakfast:
Lemon ginger zing

Breakfast:
Green smoothie
Oatbran muffin

Lunch:
Taco salad

Snack:
Apple

Dinner:
Fresh veggies (broccoli, grape tomatoes, carrots)
Pasta salad (white noodles)
Grapes, strawberries
2 slices whole wheat bread

Snack:
Kashi wheat crackers
2 orange

We went to Kelly Dunn's baptism and dinner afterwards. I love getting together with friends, especially dear friends. I do find it challenging to find things to eat however whenever I eat outside my home. This is the third time this week I have vegetable tray or lettuce salad for dinner. My body tells me for hours afterward that it wants more than that. Yesterday I gave in and ate some pasta salad, I am positive it had sugar in it also, as it was very sweet. But it was very good also. I brought 2 slices of my homemade bread from home, because I just know that rarely is there ever wheat rolls at a potluck. Not eating meat is the challenge. There is always meat at a potluck, but when one doesn't eat meat, there is little to eat. Bill's sister in law is also a vegetarian, and I was hoping to talk to her, but she left before I could. I noticed that she did not eat anything at all. I would love to talk to other vegetarian's and see how they handle eating away from home.
