Cellercised for 20 minutes. I am at the stage where I dread the exercise every morning, but when I am through I feel so good.
Pre breakfast:
Lemon ginger zing (I made a large batch for Dennis and I to help us with our colds).
Breakfast:
Leftover green smoothie
Oatbran muffin
Lunch:
Lettuce salad
2 slices sunflower/wheat bread
Snack:
1 orange
Mixed nuts
Dinner:
Fried potatoes, green onions, red peppers
Squash w/ cinnamon and sucanat
Snack:
Blueberries and granola in yogurt
Still sick today. The rainy weather and the terrible job the carpet layers did today (cut into the brand new base boards, and chipped paint off of every wall) has put me in a sour mood. I sure hope tomorrow is much better.
