I got to change up my exercise routine this morning thanks to the lovely snow we receive yesterday and last night. (It didn't stop snowing until about 4:00 this morning, I know because I woke up about every 2 hours with a coughing attack and checked out the window. The snow looked so beautiful coming down under the street lamps).
Exercise: Shovel snow - 1 hour
Pre breakfast:
1 glass fresh squeezed Orange, lemon ginger zinger
1 glass fresh squeezed orange juice
Breakfast
Leftover green smoothie
Oatbran muffin
Snack:
Mixed nuts
granola
Lunch:
Lettuce salad w/ strawberries & homemade strawberry dressing
2 slices sunflower wheat bread
Dinner:
Leftover pasta (from last week)
Leftover broccoli & cauliflower (from last night)
Snack:
1 orange
Dennis said he wasn't hungry for dinner, so I ate leftovers. I LOVE leftovers, mostly because it means I don't have to COOK!!!
