Day 204 - Wednesday, April 1

I got on the scales this morning and guess what? I lost another 5 pounds!!! That is a total of 10 lbs in March. Crazy huh!?! APRIL FOOLS!!!

Cellercised for 20 minutes. I still don't actually like exercising, but I know it is good for me and as with most forms of exercise, doing just one thing can get boring. I am looking forward to it warming up so I can get out and do some running. I still have the goal to run a 5K this summer (although I am not as excited about it right now as I was last fall when I set the goal).

Pre breakfast:
Fresh carrot/apple juice

Breakfast:
Berry green smoothie
1 slice oatbran toast

Snack:
1 orange
Mixed nuts

Lunch:
Taco salad
Honeydew

Dinner:
Vegetarian enchiladas
Fried zucchini & onions

I am still craving oranges. Not sure why, but I figure it is better than craving chocolate. I love orange and they are plentiful right now and for that I am grateful.

I had a ton of gas this morning, the kind that makes a baby all colicky and cry a lot. Very uncomfortable. The only thing I have eaten differently in the past day is the oatbran pancakes with banana and agave last night. Not sure if that was it, but I hope to not have that again. Now I know why babies cry so much when they are colicky.

I took a 3 hour nap this afternoon. I could not believe it when I woke up and that much time had passed. I was tired ever since I got up and couldn't wait to take a nap. It sure felt good, but feels like so much wasted time.
