I slept in an extra hour today, so I only cellercised for 10 minutes.
Breakfast:
Green smoothie
Wheat toast
(I have ran out of muffins, time to bake some more)
Snack:
Orange
Mixed nuts
Lunch:
Veggie sandwich on wheat bread
1 glass homemade grape juice
Dinner:
Wild rice w/ green onions & mushrooms with melted cheese on top
Steamed broccoli and cauliflower
Snack:
Rice milk ice cream
