Cellercised for 20 minutes. I have had several people comment on how great I look and how skinny I am getting. I am convinced that a lot of how I look is from the cellercising. Every day I get excited to exercise, except for two particular ones (which I often try to talk myself out of doing, but give in in the end and just do them because I know that if I hate doing them, then they are probably the ones I need the most)
Pre breakfast:
Carrot/apple/ginger/lemon/orange juice
Breakfast:
green smoothie
Wheat toast (I am really missing my muffins)(I need TIME, TIME, TIME)
Snack:
1 apple
mixed nuts
Lunch:
Tortilla chips and mango salsa
Dinner:
Leftover wheat noodles w/spaghetti sauce
Leftover steamed broccoli and cauliflower
Corn on the cob
I didn't have time to eat a salad for lunch today because as soon as I got home, Amanda and I went shopping while Malinda watched the kids. I told Amanda to just stop at a Subway and I would grab a vegetarian sandwich, but we never crossed one on our shopping path, so when I got home I was quite hungry and by then a salad didn't sound good, but chips and salsa did, so that is what I ate.
