No cellercising today, I spent the whole day painting fence. Good quad workout, up and down umpteen thousand times. Also good arm workout, carrying around a bucket full of paint and the up and down, side to side motion of the paint brush. Add all that to wire brushing the entire fence 3 hours the night before and I was D.E.A.D. tired last night.

Fresh squeezed carrot,apple,orange,lemon,grape juice

Green smoothie (frozen from a week ago)
Oat bran muffin, I just love these
Lunch:
Lettuce salad
Chips and mango salsa
Watermelon
Dinner:
Panda Express
Chinese noodles
Stir fry veggies
Spring vegetable rolls (similar to egg rolls)
Snack:
Blueberries and granola in yogurt
