Cellercised for 20 minutes.

Pre breakfast:
Carrot/apple/ginger/lemon/orange juice

Breakfast:
Green smoothie MMMmmm Berry w/ a touch of grape juice!
Wheat toast

Lunch:
Lettuce salad
Multi grain chips and homemade guacamole

Snack:
Watermelon

Dinner:
Lettuce wraps (rice instead of chicken)

Snack:
Strawberries and granola in yogurt
