2 slices bran bread
Snack:
Mixed nuts
Nectarine
Lunch:
Strawberries and granola in yogurt
Dinner:
1/2 piece chicken
pasta salad
macaroni salad
potato salad
cut up fruit (pineapple, cantaloupe, grapes)
I have been feeling down in the dumps and quite tired lately. I read that a lack of protein can be the problem. I know that I eat so very little protein, so at the barbecue tonight I decided to eat a little piece of chicken. I need to plan more menus with beans, because they are full of protein.
