Cellercised for 15 minutes. I also worked out in the yard today, pulling weeds, spraying weed killer, and cleaning out flower beds. A lot of up and down, bending over, walking and carrying heavy spray containers and buckets of dirt and weeds.
Pre breakfast:
Fresh squeezed orange juice
Breakfast:
Whole wheat cereal w/banana, pecans, and soymilk sweetened with honey
Snack:
1/2 nectarine (couldn't eat it all, it was too green)
Lunch:
(I was out of salad and lettuce)
Green smoothie
Oatbran muffin
Snack:
Orange juice (fresh made this morning)
Mixed nuts
8 pretzels
(I was craving salt - must have been because I worked outside in the yard (and sun) all day and needed it) I was feeling like I needed an energy boost and orange juice is what sounded so good - and it was just what I needed.
Dinner:
Wild rice sauteed with mushrooms and onions, topped with melted cheese
steamed broccoli
Corn on the cob
Watermelon
Desert:
Strawberries and granola in yogurt
