Day 237 - Tuesday, May 5

Cellercised for 20 minutes.

Pre Breakfast:
Carrot, orange, lemon, ginger, apple juice (fresh squeezed yesterday).

Breakfast:
Green smoothie
Wheat toast (I really miss muffins, but I haven't had time to bake any while Malinda is here)

Snack:
1 orange
Mixed nuts

Lunch:
Lettuce salad
Watermelon

Dinner:
Fried potatoes
Scrambled egg (I haven't had one in many, many months and it just sounded so good, but it didn't taste all that good)
Steamed broccoli and cauliflower

Snack:
Blueberries and granola in yogurt

I also spent 5 hours today weeding for work. My muscles are quite stiff and sore, but it felt so good to be out in the fresh air and sunshine.
