Green smoothie (my fav - Pina Colada)
Oatbran muffin
Snack:
Healthy granola bar (forget brand name)
1/2 orange
Lunch:
Lettuce salad
wheat crackers
1/2 orange
Snack:
Watermalon
Dinner:
Wild rice w/ onions and red pepper and melted swiss cheese
Leftover broccoli (not the healthiest - but hate to waste it)
1 nectarine
mixed nuts
