No exercising today, I just couldn't make myself do it. Guess I needed a little break. It is getting harder to exercise every morning. The motivation just isn't there. Maybe a good evening bike ride or fast walk with my hubby would be a nice change.
Pre breakfast:
Fresh squeezed pink grapefruit juice
Breakfast:
Green smoothie
Oatbran muffin
Alisha and Randy spend the weekend camping at Burriston Ponds in Mona and invited us to come. We couldn't spend the night because of other obligations, but we spent the day with them and had lots of fun fishing and visiting around the camp fire.
Lunch:
Veggie sandwich: orange bell peppers, onion, cucumbers, sprouts
Watermelon
Veggie chips (Alisha bought these delicious chips from Smiths - they were similar to potato chips, but made from other root veggies such as sweet potatoes, turnips, beets, etc.) DELICIOUS!!!
We fished all afternoon and I was the only one to catch a fish - a good 12" trout.
Dinner:
Trout (so very tasty) everyone else had hotdogs
Wheat crackers & swiss cheese
Tortilla chips and 5 layer dip
Carrots and celery sticks
Veggie chips - they are so addicting I can only eat them on special occasions as they are deep fried and so not totally healthy
Snack:
Cherries
What a fun day we had with Alisha and her family. I love fishing. Definitely gotta go again SOON!
