Cellercise for 20 minutes.
I weighed myself on Saturday and I have lost another 4 pounds. I have now lost a total of 56 pounds. I feel pretty darned good.
Pre breakfast:
Fresh carrot, ginger, apple, orange juice
Breakfast:
Green smoothie
Oatbran muffin
Snack:
Orange
Mixed nuts
Lunch:
Lettuce salad
Wheat crackers
Some of my garden is now producing and I have been able to use fresh picked radishes and lettuce in my salads.
Snack:
Cherries
Dinner:
Veggie pattie
Wild rice
Steamed broccoli
