Cellercised for 15 minutes. I couldn't do a full workout this morning for 2 reasons. I am so sore from a stupid thing I did on Wednesday falling down on my butt and re-injuring my lower back from an accident in May when I was rear ended. Reason #2: My stomach started feeling sort of queasy yesterday late afternoon and wasn't that much better this morning.
Breakfast:
Red raspberry leaf tea (for the queasy stomach)
Lunch:
Lettuce salad
wheat crackers
Handful of fresh cherries from the tree in my backyard
Dinner:
1/4 of a Cafe Rio salad (my stomach doesn't seem queasy any more, but I just couldn't eat much.
Snack:
Nectarine
Aahhhh.....I see a bit of blue heaven on the western horizon. It has rained for the last 2 hours, and been dark and dreary all afternoon.
