Cellercised for 20 minutes.
Breakfast:
Green smoothie
Whole wheat toast
Snack:
Cherries
Mixed nuts
Lunch:
Peanut butter and honey sandwich
Nectarine
I had to eat on the run as I only had 30 minutes to make and eat lunch and be to an appointment after work.
Snack:
Popcorn
Orange juice (freshly squoze earlier in the season and put in the freezer)
I had been craving popcorn for the past 2 days. It tasted good, but as always is the case, after eating it my stomach feels heavy and full of butter (my popcorn has to have lots of butter on it - that is why I don't eat it very ofter)
Dinner:
White bean and veggie soup
Lettuce salad
Wheat crackers
I'm glad I put on a crockpot full of soup before I left for work this morning. I knew it was going to be a crazy day, and it was. It was so nice not to have to think about dinner through it all, that would have made me crazy.
