Breakfast:
Cook oat groats w/blueberries, agave, and soymilk

Lunch:
Lettuce salad
Veggie crisps w/mango salsa

Dinner:
Brown rice and black beans w/onions, peppers and celery
Steamed broccoli
Watermelon

Snack:
Mixed nuts
Orange juice (not freshly squoze)
