Cellercised for 20 minutes. Clean out the garage, sweep and mop the kitchen/family room floor.
Pre breakfast:
Carrot, nectarine, lemon, ginger juice (freshly made yesterday)
Breakfast:
Cracked wheat cereal with banana and walnuts, sweetened with honey
Snack:
Cherries
Lunch:
Small Lettuce salad
Veggie Fajita
1 slice wheat bread with peanut butter and honey
Watermelon
Dinner:
Brown rice w/ chopped onion, pepper, celery, mushrooms
Steamed carrots, broccoli and cauliflower
Snack:
Blueberries and granola in yogurt
