I made home made granola today for the first time. There is a particular kind I love and I get it the Health Food store. I ran out last night so I decided to make my own. This kind I made turned out to be like what I have bought before at the grocery store and I think most people use it as a breakfast cereal. The kind I like has chunks and I am all about crunchy foods when I eat. I will have to come up with some creative ways to use this stuff, because it won't work in my blueberry, yogurt and granola dessert that I love so much. That has to have the "crunch". Live and learn. Hey, I know what to do with it. I will make a fresh peach cobbler. Oh, that sounds SO YUMMY!!!
I thought I would add a picture of my lunch today. It tasted so good and Healthy to boot.

I have to be honest I havent checked out your blog in awhile. Mostly because it reminds that I was a failure. I keep planning on starting Weight Watchers again but havent thus far. Have you had your cholesterol rechecked yet?
