More daily menus

Saturday:
Breakfast: Green smoothie

Lunch: Chicken salad sandwich on homemade multi grain bread with lettuce and sprouts
Crudites (cut up raw veggies - cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, green onions) dipped into Hummus

Dinner: Bajio's vegetarian salad on a wheat tortilla

We went snowmobiling at Nancy and Calvin's cabin today. On our way home we stopped at Bajio's for dinner.


Sunday:
Breakfast: Oatmeal with sliced banana, pecans, honey and almond milk

Late Lunch: Green smoothie and leftovers from Whistle Wok (Oriental fast food) from Friday night

Snack: Buttered popcorn



Today-Monday:
Breakfast: Oatgroats with slliced banana, pecans, almond milk and agave

Lunch: Campbells canned soup and leftover Crudites with Hummus (from Saturday)
I worked too long in the office and was running late for Cub Scouts, so I had to eat something quick and easy

Dinner: Lettuce salad, slice of homemade, multi grain toast with coconut oil spread

Snack: Homemade chocolate, banana, almond milk shake
