What do I typically Eat!

I often get asked what I eat in a day. If you have followed my blog for the past two plus years you will have seen what I eat. I haven't changed from that. But I will try to list more often what I eat.

Breakfast today: whole grain waffles with raw peanut butter, sliced bananas and agave drizzled over the top.

Lunch: Green smoothie

Dinner: Lettuce salad, small Salmon steak, brown rice w/ onions and garlic, and steamed broccoli

I made the waffles on Saturday for breakfast. I cooked up the leftover batter and froze them (a lot cheaper and healthier than Ego Waffles). The raw peanut butter comes from any healthy food store with a machine that grinds the peanuts into the butter. It is fun to watch it go from a peanut to a butter and tastes so yummy, with none of the fillers and oils that is added to store bought peanut butter.

Today my green smoothie came from the freezer. When we make our smoothies it almost always makes extra and I just pour it into a cup, place some tinfoil with a rubber band to hold it in place and put it in the freezer. I take it out first thing in the morning and put it in the fridge and it is just right to eat at lunch time.
