Worry? Who Me?

I have worried about how the first exercise class would go, but I didn't need to. It went very well. I have heard back from a few that they really enjoyed it. Malinda said it was not enough of a workout for her. I tried not to go to fast or push to hard on the very first day. There is a good mix of participants and they range from hardly no exercise at all, to those who exercise everyday. I really want this to be a very positive experience for everyone. Thanks everyone for coming! I am super excited for tomorrow.

Breakfast:
Green smoothie
Slice of "Dave's Killer Bread" from Costco Oh, so Heavenly! with Coconut oil spread on top

Watermelon

Snack:
Sliced strawberries with soy yogurt and granola

When Amanda and Steve came to go running with Dennis, I had decided that I would take their 3 kids and push them in the triple jogging stroller and start getting in shape for the summer 5k's. I ran to the end of the block and knew I was in trouble. I had forgot to bring water along. I jogged/walked around the block and back home to grab some water. Then I went about a few more blocks and back home. It felt much better to jog this time than it did last year, but I have forgotten how hard it is to push the jogger with 3 kids in it. And sweet Porter kept saying "Grandma?" over and over and no matter how tired I was, he wouldn't let up until I answered him. He is so curious about everything.
