My plastic water bottle split a seam, which was really weird since I have not put it in the freezer at all- goes to show how cheap those things really are. It was one of those blue colored ones that have the pop up lid on top. I loved it because it was portable and just the right size. I have been contemplating getting a new water bottle because I have been hearing a lot about plastic products and the harmful chemical BPA that is in most everything plastic. Since that bottle splitting, water all over the fridge, fateful day, whenever I am home I now drink everything out of a glass. I find that I have been drinking so much more water that way. It just tastes better. It also looks so good. Today I have drunk 3 glass fulls and each glass is 2.5 cups. That makes 56 ounces of water by 12:30. Awesome! There is one small side effect I must warn you about from drinking so much. A lot of bathroom breaks, but that's okay because it cleans out the bladder, and has ZERO CALORIES!!!!
