Eating RAW food

I have found in my journey of eating healthy that I feel the healthiest, have the most energy, and feel more spiritually intune the more RAW food I eat.

What are raw foods:
Dark leafy greens
fruits and veggies
sprouted nuts and grains

I gave up dairy the first part of January and I have never felt so good. I eat very little meat, but when I do, it is natural, meaning fish caught in the wild, wild game, free range chicken and beef. I have even had some buffalo. But I don't feel the healthiest when I eat these.
