For all of my blog followers....and any that may happen upon this, I urge you to check out this blog. I would just say amen to what she has to say. One thing I have come to realize this past 16 months on my health journey is that our bodies are amazing....and we do need to listen to them. I have learned so much and I feel so amazingly good that I just want everyone else to feel that way too. I feel kind of like Lehi in his vision of the tree of life and how once he partook of the fruit and tasted how sweet it was, he wanted his family and everyone else to also. I want everyone to know how wonderful it feels to be healthy and happy and so alive.
