I have been sort of discouraged the last little bit.  I am not positive why, but I have some theories:
1: I have gained back all of the weight I lost with the systemic yeast overgrowth cleanse.  I find that I over eat.  Even though food is "healthy" does not mean that it doesn't have calories in it and the body can only use so many before they turn to fat.  I also like to eat between dinner and bedtime, which is not a good thing.
2: When the weather is nice, I am stuck indoors and when the weather is cold and/or rainy that is when I have time to go outside and work in the yard.
3:  I am so busy that I haven't had time to do things that I enjoy.

I decided it was time to take control of the situation.  I made a new chart (if you know me very well, you know that I like to make and use charts.  I wrote down all the categories of foods that I need to be eating in a day, such as: proteins, vegetables, fruits, carbohydrates and fats, and then broke them down further to I could see if I am eating too much of a certain food and not getting enough variety in my diet.  For example, under leafy greens I listed: spinach, chard, collard greens, dandelion greens, purslane, kale, and other.  In proteins I put:
Beans, meat, soy, quinoa, peanut butter, other, and so on.  I also listed beverages, as although I love water, it is nice to have something else to drink every once in a while, but when I think that perhaps I want something to drink, I can't think of anything in that moment, somethings I listed were: herbal teas, tomato juice, grape juice, fresh juices: vegetable, carrot, orange, pineapple, grapefruit, etc.  I also listed my goals and I placed it on the fridge so I can see it everyday and have to be accountable.  One of my goals is to not eat after 7:00 pm and even though it is not a written goal, I have decided to brush my teeth after every meal instead of just after breakfast and before going to bed.  It makes a huge difference when my mouth feels clean and fresh.  When I don't brush I crave sweets.  Don't know why that is, it is just the way I have always been.  This was one of my secrets on my initial eating healthy, weight loss journey.  Now if I could just eliminate some things from my life, but that is not going to happen for at least 6-9 months.
Mondays: Work and Cub Scouts take up the entire day
Tuesdays: Tend Malinda's kids all day - School work in the evening
Wednesdays:  Laundry, baking, yard work, clean house, work on Steve's books, run errands, etc.
Thursdays: Service mission all day at the BYU Family History Library - School work in the evening
Friday: Work, finish what I didn't accomplish on Wednesday
Saturday:  Usually spend the day with Dennis or the kids
Sunday: meetings, meetings, visiting teaching, meetings, FHE

Maybe I just need a vacation!  Yeah, that sounds great.
